Dispatch & proof
After dispatch, carrier references appear in your account where the seller enables tracking. Warehouse teams can provide routing context when the order touches our hubs.
Returns & authenticity
Eligibility follows the refund policy and any final-sale callouts at checkout. For documentation questions, open a ticket with your order number.
