This hub summarizes how to work with AmourLuxe as a seller — from application to day-to-day operations. Nothing here replaces your signed seller agreement or WooCommerce order records.
Getting started
Apply
New sellers complete registration, compliance checks, and catalogue onboarding. Expect human review — there is no instant “auto-approve” for luxury inventory.
Your workspace
Orders, addresses, and downloads use the standard WooCommerce account area. Marketplace-specific tools live behind the same login when your role is provisioned.
Fulfilment & support
Use the warehouse directory for regional dispatch questions. Keep tracking IDs on every shipment — clients see status in their account when carriers sync.
Policies
Commission tiers, SLAs, and category rules are communicated during onboarding. Public pages summarize client-facing policies only.
Concierge for sellers
- For payout or dispute questions, email with your store name and a sample order ID.
- For urgent fulfilment issues, use the contact hub so the correct warehouse lane is selected.
